Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring the 2024 National Small Schools Conference is a unique opportunity to share your products and services in a direct and intimate way with leaders of small schools from across the nation. Because we are a small conference, creating an intimate, tailored experience for our specific audience, the way we share sponsors' information will be treated with the same care.
All sponsors must be relevant and useful to education professionals and schools. All sponsorship requests are subject to approval.
*Nonprofit Organizations that provide goods or services to schools, students, or education professionals may participate as a "Swag Bag" sponsor for free, subject to approval. Please submit your organization using the form below.
Opportunities:
Opening Keynote Sponsor - $1400 (1 available)
Sponsor the Opening Keynote address, given by comedian, Hari Kondabolu. This includes:
The opportunity to speak to the conference audience between the opening conference welcome and the introduction of they opening keynote, and/or the opportunity to introduce the opening keynote.
Your name, logo, tagline, and/or website will appear on: conference program, conference website homepage, and physical signage throughout the conference, including in the theater on each side of the stage.
You may send us one post-conference, informational and/or call to action email to be sent to all conference attendees from NSSC (we will not share attendees' contact information with sponsors, but will send this email directly from us). This is a dedicated email, featuring only your company.
You may send us one print item (up to 8.5" x 11" in size), and one giveaway item (ex: pen, thumb drive, notepad, etc.) to be included in the bag given to each participant in advance of the conference.
Inclusion in a sponsorship thank you email (logo linked to your desired URL) that will be sent to entire mailing list (approx. 1,800 individuals) post-conference.
Featured Speaker Sponsor & Closing Keynote Sponsor - $950 (2 total available)
Sponsor either the Featured Speaker (TBA) or Closing Keynote address (TBA). This includes:

Your name, logo, tagline, and/or website will appear on: conference program, conference website homepage, and physical signage throughout the conference, including in the theater on each side of the stage.
You may send us one post-conference, informational and/or call to action email to be sent to all conference attendees from NSSC (we will not share attendees' contact information with sponsors, but will send this email directly from us). This is a dedicated email, featuring only your company.
You may send us one print item (up to 8.5" x 11" in size), and one giveaway item (ex: pen, thumb drive, notepad, etc.) to be included in the bag given to each participant in advance of the conference.

Leadership Sponsor - $600
Sponsor the group gatherings at the 2024 conference (meals, reception, theater lobby). This includes:
Your name, logo, tagline, and/or website will appear on: conference program, conference website, and physical signage throughout the conference, including in the lobby of the theater and at all meals.
You may send us one post-conference, informational and/or call to action message to be sent to all conference attendees from NSSC (we will not share attendees' contact information with sponsors, but will send this email directly from us). This email will be shared with two other Leadership Sponsors (three sponsors will be grouped on each informational email).
You may send us one print item (up to 8.5" x 11" in size), and one giveaway item (ex: pen, thumb drive, notepad, etc.) to be included in the bag given to each participant at the start of the conference.
